I recently stayed at a charming B&B near the boardwalk with a beautiful panoramic ocean view. The innkeeper was kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The newly remodeled room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice linens. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea and the delicious English breakfast served every morning. The location was perfect, within walking distance to markets, beaches, and restaurants. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Despite a few minor issues, including a lack of clear check-in instructions and some cleanliness concerns, my stay at the B&B was enjoyable. The highlight was definitely the lovely cats that lived at the residence.

Cleanliness of the room was excellent, with thoughtful touches throughout. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a spacious room and a large bathroom. Parking was available on the driveway, making it convenient for guests with cars. The location was ideal, as it was close to the beach and restaurants, in a quiet area surrounded by beautiful houses.

I recently stayed at this lovely guest house for a weekend getaway. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking - waking up to the stunning ocean views was a highlight of my stay. The parking situation was also great, with ample free parking spaces nearby. Even though breakfast was not included, the host surprised us with delicious muffins, yogurt, and fruit in our room. And I must say, the bidet in the bathroom was a nice touch!

our romantic weekend at white rock was made even more special by staying at this stunning guest house. the ocean views from our room were breathtaking, and waking up to them every morning was a dream. the staff were amazing, from excellent communication with jane to the warm and welcoming hosting by karen. highly recommend!

Great ocean view from the room and a clean property in good order. the room had an excellent portable fan that helped cool it off.

The experience was strange as we were not aware it was a bed and breakfast at a family's house when we made the reservation. It was difficult to know if we were welcome to use any areas beyond our room, so we ended up staying in our room most of the time.

Great location, spacious rooms with all necessary amenities, including a bidet toilet. Fantastic ocean views from the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

I had a very comfortable stay with a great location, within walking distance to many spots. The bed was super comfortable and the strong wifi was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and having a personal parking spot was a nice touch. The fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and muffins was a pleasant surprise. Access to a washer and dryer was also very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this relaxing, quiet location. The suite was bright and spacious, with a private entrance and a view of the ocean. The owner was incredibly helpful, even bringing us breakfast every morning. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily walk to all the places we wanted to go. I highly recommend this guest house.

The guest house had a spacious and well-equipped suite with a fancy bidet toilet, washer and dryer, and a nice-sized TV. The location was excellent, with a fabulous view of the ocean, island, and sunset from the balcony. The hosts were kind and accommodating, providing a delicious breakfast and even helping with carrying bags and doing laundry. The guest house was also conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, services, and the beach.

I had the most amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts, Susan and Keith, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even left delicious scones outside my room for breakfast. The room itself was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean with a stunning balcony and sea view. The location was perfect for exploring White Rock, with bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. I can't wait to come back and stay at Star of the Sea again. I highly recommend this B&B.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the guest house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by beautiful houses. It is conveniently located near the sky train to Vancouver and just a short walk down to the waterfront and the ocean. The room is clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. The bathroom is well-maintained and offers all necessary amenities. The service provided by the host is kind and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day. Additionally, there is a balcony with amazing views of the bay, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The communication upon arrival was frustrating and caused unnecessary stress.
