Ideal location and friendly staff, always available to help. the breakfast buffet was quite good, with a lot of options.

The rooms were not properly cleaned, with dust and hair found in the corners. we had issues with the heating that was not working properly, making the room a bit unpleasant during the cold nights of the new year period.

During my stay at Quality Hotel Augustin, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location in the city center. The hotel is easily accessible and even the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city.

We loved this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - right in the center of town, near the central square. Everything was within walking distance, including many nice restaurants and sights. The staff here is top-notch, from the receptionist to the housekeepers. They were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfy, and the room was soundproofed, so we slept soundly every night. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the breakfast area were very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. our stay at this hotel was wonderful and we would highly recommend it to others.

We have no negative points to mention about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, service, and convenience.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the train station and with a bus stop for the airport shuttle right outside the entrance. It's also conveniently close to the cathedral, about 300 meters away. The rooms are comfortable with nice pillows and duvets, and the bathrooms are spacious with underfloor heating. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast offers a substantial selection of hot and cold options.

The dining room can get crowded during peak times.
