We had a fantastic experience during our stay at this hotel. The location in the centre was perfect as we were able to walk to most sights and attractions. The hotel's amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping made our stay even more comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly, and their assistance during odd hours was greatly appreciated. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices, and the afternoon snacks were a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The only downside we can think of is that the rooms and showers were a bit small. However, this did not take away from the overall comfort and quality of our stay.

Quality Hotel Saga provided a plentiful and diverse breakfast catering to different nationalities. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. In addition, hot drinks were available in the room and 24/7 in the dining area. We especially enjoyed the afternoon DIY waffles.

This hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, just a short walk from the pier of Hurtigruten and the popular Nerstranda shopping centre. The hotel is also close to all attractions and bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are big and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure guests have a memorable stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is a great way to start the day. Guests can also enjoy beautiful views of the city from some of the rooms.

The parking situation can be quite challenging as the carpark is small and narrow, and the cost is quite high.

Good value for money in Norway. Loved the delicious breakfast fruit and the option to donate room cleaning savings to charity.

The breakfast was a delicious and abundant spread that was a great start to the day. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. We even found a great supermarket just around the corner. Our room had a stunning view that was especially beautiful during the New Year, and the staff were extremely helpful with early check-in and holding our bags. Another great perk was the free coffee and tea offered all day and the afternoon waffles were yummy!

The rooms were a little on the small side, but I understand that's common in this area. the bathroom lights were tricky to figure out, and I was confused at first by the keycard slot outside of the bathroom.

Great breakfast selection with plenty of choices. The room was well heated and had a nice view. The wall unit near the window efficiently warmed up the room. The bathroom with a tub was a bonus for relaxation. The furniture in the room was modern. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tromso. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Tromsø. The room was spacious and had a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the location, it was convenient for exploring the city. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the free water and waffles in the afternoon.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The bathroom in my room had poor shower insulation, causing half of the bathroom to get wet.
