Great location to see the famous Maelstrom and enjoy the walking path. Delicious fish chowder on the dinner buffet. Convenient parking right by the room. Perfect for an overnight stop after ferry crossing. Lovely common rooms and terrace with Maelstrom view.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the Saltstraumen bridge and along a beautiful walking path by the sea. The views of the tidal current are impressive. The rooms are conveniently located with parking right outside and there are saunas and jacuzzis available. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It can be difficult to find the hotel as there is no visible signage from the highway.

Perfect for viewing the world's largest maelstrom! the hotel is located close to the bridge and a walking path along the strait offers an excellent view of the natural wonder when the tides change. the fish chowder on the dinner buffet was simply amazing! Plus, parking is right outside the room.

It was quite hard to find the hotel as there was no signage other than the standard road sign for lodging. the free coffee stations were lovely, but there was no cream or milk at them.
