Cleanliness: The hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless. Hotel facilities: The hotel had amazing facilities, including a swimming pool and a restaurant just steps away. Location for skiing in resorts in the area: This place is a perfect base for exploring the nearby ski resorts. Staff: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent hospitality throughout our stay.

The staff provides excellent service and is welcoming. The breakfast options are extensive, catering to different dietary preferences.

Some minor maintenance issues were observed in the rooms, such as a cracked balcony and faulty bedside reading lamp.
