As young holiday goers, we loved the well-equipped gym, two clean pools, and high-standard spa and massage services. The location was ideal for reaching the main beach with just a five-minute motorbike ride. The deluxe room's giant-sized bathroom and bathtub, along with high-quality furnishings, exceeded our expectations. The attentive and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were amazing, and we enjoyed playing crib by the pool to watch the beautiful sunsets. The resort's peaceful and quiet atmosphere, along with its immaculate grounds, added to the overall experience. The beach in front of the resort was pristine and the sea calm. The added bonus of being an adult-only facility created a relaxing and tranquil environment. The prices at the restaurant were reasonable, and our overall experience surpassed that of most 5-star establishments we have visited.

I had a fantastic 4-day, 3-night stay at Twin Lotus Resort and Spa - an adult-only hotel in Koh Lanta. the staff were incredibly helpful and made sure our every need was taken care of. Our room, a garden view room, was newly renovated and spacious, with all the necessary amenities, including comfy bathrobes. the highlight of the resort was the stunning infinity pool that overlooked the beautiful beach and sea. It was easily accessible with mobility issues. We also enjoyed a wonderful beachside meal and entertainment during the Loy Krathong festival. it was a delightful and memorable experience.

The spa facilities were top-notch, and I highly recommend indulging in a massage during the happy hour for great value. Additionally, the communication before arrival was seamless, and the upgrade to a villa with a plunge pool was a delightful surprise. The location of the resort was perfect for beach lovers like me, with a short walk to the long sandy beach and easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this resort.

During my new year vacation, there were two complementary glasses of champagne waiting for us upon arrival, which was a lovely touch, and the location was not far from the local markets, making it convenient for shopping. the infinity pool facing the beach was the highlight of the hotel for me and made for a great spot to snap photos.

The breakfast buffet was not up to par with what I had expected from a hotel of this standard. the quality of food was not good and did not offer much variety.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the pier in Saladan, making it convenient for arrivals and departures. Plus, it is just close to the sea where we could stroll along the beach and enjoy the ocean breeze. The resort is also situated on a beach with lots of things going on but a little walk away from the busiest stretches, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing environment. The rooms are well-presented and comfortable, with nice amenities such as a pool and a beautiful pool area to chill at. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of choices and the food served in the restaurant is of high quality. the resort provides a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

One negative aspect is that the cutlery in the restaurant was almost impossible to use.

I had a fantastic time at this luxury hotel! The location on the beautiful quiet beach was absolutely perfect. I loved being able to relax and unwind by the beach all day long. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the receptionist to the gardeners, everyone went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. The service was top-notch, with room service available 24/7 and a car hire service on-site. The hotel also had a wonderful spa & wellness center where I could indulge in some much-needed relaxation. The swimming pool was incredible, with an infinity design and a view of the beach. It was the perfect place to cool off and enjoy the sunshine. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
