We had a fantastic stay! The staff were super friendly and passionate about great customer service, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and could be made super dark for a great sleep. The location was excellent, right in the center of the city and within short walking distance to everything. We also loved the parking right in front of our room, the drying facilities for skiing equipment, and the free BBQ to use. the hotel facilities and staff made our stay memorable.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this motel. The people who run it were friendly and took care of everything. The room was great, with a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely view of the backyard garden. The kid's play area was a hit with my family too! Despite arriving late, the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Plus, there were fruit trees on the property that were loaded with plums and apples. It may be a bit away from the lake, but it's only a short drive away, and there are supermarkets nearby. Any issues I had, like with the hot water, were promptly resolved. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I can find a better price deal.

We had a fantastic stay at Alpine Motel. Zack, our friendly and informative host, recommended great activities like Mt Iron and Diamond Lake walks. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The room had everything we needed, and the big modern bathroom with a super shower was a highlight. The towels and bed linen were excellent, and we appreciated the free parking right outside our room. Derek, the owner, provided a warm welcome and plenty of local information. it was a great value stay with great service and amenities.

The convenient location was ideal with lots of power sockets available for charging. the bed was quite comfortable and complimentary milk was a nice touch.

The room was not as clean as expected with mold on silicone seals and dust behind the doors. the sound insulation could also be improved.

The housekeeping service was extremely accommodating, and I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The laundry facility was also a great perk that I made use of. Additionally, I found the staff to be knowledgeable, and they provided invaluable advice about the best tours and tickets to purchase. The room amenities were also excellent, with everything from air conditioning to electric blankets and toiletries provided.
