we had a terrific stay at amber lodge. from the friendly staff and the super clean room to the convenient location, everything was perfect. sue was a delight and even accommodated our early check-in request. the room had all the amenities we needed, including a comfy bed, great shower, and a kitchen for easy cooking.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fabulous. We didn't have to worry about parking, as everything was within walking distance. The Queenstown central shops, activities, art galleries, and lake front were all easily accessible. It was great to be able to walk to all the Queenstown attractions without any hassle. The rooms were clean and remarkably quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The staff provided good service and the basic amenities were all there. Despite the small size of the rooms, they had everything we needed. The hotel was warm and cozy, and the onsite parking was convenient. The pictures on the website accurately represented what we found when we arrived.

There were a few noisy guests during our stay, but overall, all was well.

Chose the hotel for attending to a council nearby. the kitchenette made meals convenient. Room had everything necessary, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was central, allowing easy access to town and nearby attractions.

I stayed in a cozy room with a lovely afternoon sun streaming in, making up for the temporary lack of view. The location couldn't have been better, as I could easily walk to the town center, marina, and gondalas. The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to increase our stay. The room was spotless, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. it was a wonderful experience.

The noise from being close to the road.

The location of the hotel was superb as it was very close to the city center and public transport. the staff was helpful and friendly too. we enjoyed the spaciousness of our room and the kitchen facilities on offer.

The laundry service was expensive and the view from our room was not impressive. the exterior of the hotel could have been better maintained and the reception area was a bit disorganized.

Great location, walking distance to lake and town center. Very clean and comfy bed. Apartment had a nice view of the lake through a large window. Kitchen with stovetop and microwave, and a dining table and chairs. Good shower with step-in, no water on the bathroom floor. a great place for a long holiday.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The value for money was incredible, with prices that were very reasonable for the quality of stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the modern and clean rooms with a stunning mountain view to the basic amenities that were all provided. The staff went above and beyond, making sure that our needs were met and even adding a personal touch by putting some milk in the fridge for us. The location was ideal, right on the footpath and close to all the tourist attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast, it was delicious and satisfying.
