Convenient location near restaurants and Westfield Mall. Lena and Peter went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even surprising me with a birthday cake! The room was spotless with fluffy towels and comfortable beds. Excellent service and great amenities. highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is spot on, with luxurious beds and bedding that ensure a restful sleep. The separate bedroom provides added privacy and the helpful owners go above and beyond to assist guests.

One minor area that could be improved is the dated decor in the rooms.

Great location near shops, park, and restaurants. Clean rooms and excellent wifi. Off-street parking available. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering a free shuttle and allowing us to leave our luggage on-site. The motel owners were accommodating and made our stay comfortable.

The rooms are dated and in need of renovations. Some rooms were noisy due to traffic and lacked amenities like an extractor fan in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the Botanic Gardens and being relatively close to the railway station. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, with some extra amenities like a selection of books to read and chilled water in the fridge. The hosts are friendly and provide great service, including a shuttle to the train station and storage for extra baggage. The breakfast is well-arranged and there are free vouchers available. The shuttle to the TranzAlpine train is prompt and the vehicle is comfortable and modern.

The bathroom facilities are a little outdated, reminiscent of the 1970s, but they are spotlessly clean.

Stayed for xmas for 2 nights at this place. the complimentary breakfast and early morning transfer to the airport were really appreciated. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby park and gardens and there were plenty of places to eat and a convenience store in the area. the room was comfortable and well equipped.

There was some noise from people staying upstairs, but it wasn't too bothersome at night.

Incredible stay! The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the park location was mind-blowing. The staff was super helpful, and there were a variety of nearby restaurants for eating out. The owners even provided a free shuttle service to the train station!
