Upon arrival at Chanalai Hillside Resort in Karon, we were warmly greeted by the staff at the reception, who even offered us ice cream and a welcome drink. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay truly enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was excellent. We loved the pool, which was great for a refreshing swim. The resort's location was perfect, with the beach and the center of town being just a short distance away. we had a lovely experience with the staff and the service provided. We highly recommend this resort for a perfect vacation.

Although our stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. The noise from other guests walking around on the same floor was sometimes disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.

I had a fantastic time at this place. It is located in a very quiet spot, nestled on a hill, with just a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all available. The staff went out of their way to make me feel like part of an exclusive family, and the manager even knew my name and fulfilled every request I had. The front desk staff provided excellent service, especially at the reception desk.

the bed and bedding were incredible, making for a comfortable and luxurious night's sleep. the pool options were great, with a rooftop pool offering beautiful views. the breakfast was good and the staff provided excellent service.

One thing missing was shuttle buses to the beach.

The hotel's staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. the location of the hotel was great, offering beautiful views for our travel photos. We also appreciated the clean and pleasant smelling rooms.

The lifts in the hotel were slow and hot, so we had to use the stairs for a seven-story climb. the breakfast area tended to get busy, resulting in certain fruits being finished by 9am.

We loved the convenient location, being just a short walk away from the beautiful Karon beach. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a choice of two pools, including a rooftop pool with a stunning view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of our room and the variety of nearby restaurants and shops.

Service staff is fantastic! They are really friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They were so helpful in assisting us with everything we needed help with, and were always very attentive to our requests. the food was also great, and the views from the hotel were stunning. the hotel's location was perfect for us and our friends, as we could relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel rooms were spacious, modern, and had fabulous bathrooms.

The internet was unfortunately not available which was a real downer. Although the cleaning was good, the overall impression of weak management was not what we expected.

We had a fantastic stay at a resort in Phuket. The location was just off the main street, so it was not far from the beach and away from noisy streets. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the staff provided excellent room service. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. The pool area was stunning, and the resort had all the facilities we needed. it was a great value for the price.

The bathroom had a glass door, which lacked privacy.

An amazing surprise awaited us at Chanalai Hillside Resort, Karon Beach. The staff decorated our room for my birthday and even gave me a cake. The pool access room was spacious, with a huge bathroom and great air conditioning. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were attentive. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this hotel. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.
