Upon arrival at Chanalai Hillside Resort in Karon, we were warmly greeted by the staff at the reception, who even offered us ice cream and a welcome drink. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay truly enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was excellent. We loved the pool, which was great for a refreshing swim. The resort's location was perfect, with the beach and the center of town being just a short distance away. we had a lovely experience with the staff and the service provided. We highly recommend this resort for a perfect vacation.

Although our stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. The noise from other guests walking around on the same floor was sometimes disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel is great and quite place, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. There are several restaurants nearby and car/bike rental just opposite to it. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, especially the staff at the reception. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The room service is excellent and the hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a rooftop pool and a fitness center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. We felt comfortable and pampered throughout our stay.

The only downside is that if you want to explore the city center or other attractions, you have to walk for about 20 minutes near the main road. However, this is a minor inconvenience and should not deter you from staying at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. The room was a pleasant surprise with its size and the bathroom was spacious as well. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main road and the beach. There were also some amazing restaurants nearby so I didn't have to go far for a delicious meal. the value for money was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Almost perfect. The only downside was the noisy group of guests, who didn't seem to have any consideration for others. They would wake up early in the morning and be loud, which was quite disruptive.

We stayed at a spacious room on the 7th floor with a balcony facing the mountains and ocean. The aircon was powerful and cooled down the room quickly. The bed was comfortable and everything looked new and clean. The location was convenient, only a short walk to the beautiful beach with big waves. There were also nice places to eat and buy fruits nearby. The hotel had two pools, one on the first floor that covered most of the courtyard and another on the roof with a beautiful view. The buffet breakfast was great and the staff were kind and helpful.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
