The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a spa bath and separate shower. Being just a little more away from the town centre ensured tranquility. The staff were helpful and the location was ideal for exploring the nearby glacier and other landmarks. a great stay at Aspen Court with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel was located in a busy tourist area close to plenty of restaurants and shops. It was a short drive away from the glaciers and had great views of the surrounding bushland. The rooms were spacious, modern and well-equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. Not to mention the guest laundry which was very cheap to use.

The bed was uncomfortable and way too soft, which caused backaches in the morning.

aspen court franz josef motel was an exceptional stay! modern, clean room with central heating, underfloor heating, and a great shower. the hosts were thoughtful and helpful, ensuring we were prepared for the holiday closure. the location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. overall, an amazing property that exceeded our expectations in franz josef.

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It is located in a very quiet area but still within walking distance of everything. I particularly liked that it was at the edge if the village, which gave me fabulous views of the mountains. There was also a fantastic Asian restaurant just near here that I loved. The service was excellent, and my room was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The heating was perfect, and I appreciated having soundproofed rooms. The garden area was beautiful, and I enjoyed using the free toiletries during my stay.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone travelling to the area.

our recent stay at a franz josef motel was fantastic! the one bedroom apartment was spacious and super clean, with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking view of the lush green forest. the kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom had a modern design. the location was convenient, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. highly recommend this accommodation!

We had an amazing stay at Aspen Court. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, and all the facilities of the town. We enjoyed stunning views of the mountains, including the glacier, right from our room. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautifully presented and immaculate, with all the facilities we needed. We were even impressed by the high cleaning standards and the convenient parking right in front of our room.

We received free bottled water and chocolates on our arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel was located right in the middle of town and close to shops and restaurants. the room had a great view of the surrounding area, which we enjoyed.

We stayed at the hotel for New Year’s Eve and it was incredibly noisy. the party-goers from the town made a lot of noise until the early hours of the morning, so we didn't get a good sleep.
