The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible with great connectivity to the city. We were able to check in early and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with a kitchenette, perfect for a family stay. we enjoyed everything about our stay, from the convenient location to the friendly and helpful hotel team.

I recently stayed at Citadines in Brussels for one night. The location was excellent, close to the metro station, train station, and city center. The apartment had a clean and well-designed look, with comfortable rooms. The furnishings and design were great, and the kitchen would be perfect for a longer stay. I only wish I had more time to explore the surrounding area.

The room had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and cooker, which was perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. the safety deposit box and big closet with an iron and ironing board made the stay even more comfortable. The location of the hotel made it easy to access bus and subway stations, and the price for the stay was great.

The WiFi was not the best and only allowed for basic browsing, with no downloads or streaming available. it was not convenient to have the toilet and shower in separate rooms.

The hotel's location was perfect, within a 15-minute walk from Midi Train Station and just a few minutes from the local metro station. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, as I had easy access to not only the metro but to other means of public transportation as well. The staff were also extremely helpful, providing me with a free map of the city and recommending the best places to eat and visit, including where to find the best chocolate!
