The location of this hotel was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops along the main road that came alive at night. It was convenient to have everything within close proximity, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The staff at this hotel were outstanding. From the friendly receptionist who always greeted us with a smile, to the helpful and attentive service throughout our stay, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The basic amenities in the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were big and the balconies offered a nice 'pool view' with basic furniture to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast provided at this hotel was really good. There was a variety of options, including Greek dishes, and it was served in various forms, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy.

I had such a pleasant experience during my recent stay at a hotel in Rethymno. The staff at the reception, Fanos and Mihailis, were incredibly helpful and made our daughter's birthday celebration extra special by baking a delicious cake. The food at the hotel was great, with a tasty and varied selection every day. I particularly enjoyed the ice cream in the afternoon and the delicious cookies in the morning. The pool was refreshing, and the hotel even arranged for us to have an early breakfast on the day of our departure. I had an amazing holiday at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Had an amazing time at a small hotel with everything we needed. the food variety was great and always something different for all tastes and dietary requirements. the beach was very close and easy to access, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. the hotel was clean, the pool was lovely and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The packed lunch we ordered was not very satisfying and the hotel did not let us eat there when we returned early. the cost of some drinks and alcohol at local bars was a bit expensive.

Easter at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the food was delicious and offered a great variety every day. The staff was also very hospitable and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also a plus, with easy access to shops and a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach.

The rooms were basic and lacked proper ventilation, requiring an extra charge for air conditioning. The tiles around the pool were quite slippery when wet, posing a safety concern.

Daily towel changes, stocked with soaps, and complimentary water in the fridge. Friendly reception and restaurant staff serving delicious, varied food with plenty of vegetables. Free AC usage and close to the beach. Great value for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with different meat and vegetable options. Enjoyable drinks, snacks, and desserts available throughout the day. Superb location near restaurants, bars, and shops.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Platanes. the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect. the room was comfortable with a great balcony and view of the pool and sea. the hotel was well-maintained and the bathrooms looked recently renovated. the food at the restaurant was delicious and varied, with lots of vegetables. the reception staff, especially Thanos, were extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable. Thank you again! We highly recommend this Village hotel for a memorable stay in Crete.
