Upon arriving at the Auckland Waterfront Serviced Apartments On Prince's Wharf, I was blown away by the stunning views and luxurious furnishings. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with extra accessories, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the two bathrooms, with a fabulous free-standing bath and lovely toiletries provided. The balcony was a highlight, with plenty of furniture and plants to create a relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary bottle of bubbles from hosts Alison and Graham was a wonderful touch and set the tone for a fantastic holiday. The location was also perfect, with nearby cafes and bars adding to the vibrant atmosphere. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It surpasses any hotel experience and I will definitely be returning in the future.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious waterfront hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was so close to the ferry that took me to Waiheke Island for a lovely day out. The views from my balcony were absolutely breathtaking, especially watching the yachts go by while sipping on a glass of bubbles. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a king bed that provided exceptional comfort. It had all the amenities I needed, including an ironing facilities, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I am in the area.

The apartment was just as pictured with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a great view. It was clean, comfortable, well-located, and quiet. We were surprised with a bottle of bubbly upon arrival. A small local restaurant called Buffalo and Bar nearby served delicious Italian food.

The location of the serviced apartments is perfect, as it is conveniently situated on the quay, making it easy to access various eateries nearby. Additionally, it is within walking distance to the cruise ship port, allowing guests to easily embark on their cruise. Being situated in the center of everything, guests can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with exceptional views over the harbor during both the day and night. The apartments also offer a fully equipped kitchen and quality fixtures and fittings in the bathroom.

Some guests experienced inconveniences with key pickups and unexpected charges for late check-in or key delivery.

Absolutely terrible night’s sleep- constant humming noise disturbed us all night. The noise was so bad it made our stay unbearable.
