The value for money at the Bay Of Islands Beachhouses was incredible. The room was fantastic, with breathtaking views and private beach access. The staff, particularly Theo, were welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast items could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Theo, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, even though we didn't follow the check-in instructions. The view from the apartment was mind-blowing, especially at sunrise. The accommodation was super comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. It was just a short but steep walk to the beach, and we loved that Paihia was easily accessible during low tide. The warm greeting and helpful information provided by Theo added to our amazing experience. The location and apartment exceeded our expectations, making it the perfect end to our 3-week trip in NZ. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and added special touches to the home, like a bottle of non-alcoholic bubbly on arrival. We loved the free amenities, including kayaking and the sauna. Having direct access to a private beach and a short walk into the town was jaw-dropping. our stay was absolutely fabulous, and we didn't want to leave paradise!

We loved the stunning views of the Bay of Islands and Russell from our apartment. The location was perfect, right on a secluded bay with a great beach just a short walk away, especially during low tide. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

We had a fantastic experience at Bay Of Islands Beachhouses. the view was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking vista of the sea and bay. the place was modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a lovely decor. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with the BBQ, which was very convenient. Theo, our host, was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, even helping us book a discounted Bay of Islands cruise and recommending restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

From the wonderful views over a quiet bay to the comfortable and stylish apartment, everything was perfect. the owners of the property should be widely complimented for providing such an amazing environment. I had a health issue during my stay, but thanks to the owners and their contacts, everything turned out okay. I will definitely return to this paradise-like property.

the view of the bay from the house and patio was incredible. the house was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the private beach below with kayaks was a great bonus. the beds were comfortable and the showers were great. the location was perfect, just a short drive or beach walk away from the town center. the owners were friendly and always ready to help. it was a fantastic experience.

We stayed in a lovely apartment with a great view of the sea and bay. The location was perfect, just a short walk down some steps to a small beach which was shared only by a few houses. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a lounge area and kitchenette.

The room on the ground floor was a bit noisy as we could hear footsteps from the room above.

Stunning views and modern interior. The outdoor BBQ area provided privacy and comfort. Great value for money. We had a slight issue with the hot water in the shower, but other than that, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this slice of paradise with a hilltop view.

Loved everything about the Christmas stay! Amazing views over the bay and islands, perfect for BBQs on the large balcony. The hosts were welcoming and even provided kayaks for some fun water activities. The location was key, with easy access to the main street and restaurants. A private beach was an added bonus for relaxing strolls.

Worst aspects, the drive up can be challenging with steep slopes and tight corners. Walking into town along the beach was not always possible due to high tide.

The modern and tidy studio had everything I needed for a romantic getaway with my partner, and the BBQ on the deck was a nice bonus.
