The receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in request after a hospital visit, making me feel like a VIP guest. His kindness was like finding a hidden treasure in a sea of mundane interactions.

Back entrance faces a smelly alleyway.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Putu who helped me with my late check-in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for my short stay. The location was perfect, with a supermarket just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby. great value for money and a truly enjoyable experience.

This hotel is highly recommended for families.

Had two free drinks at the bar and the underground parking was really secure. the location was convenient with many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. the bed was super comfortable and made for a great night's sleep.

The noise from the bar next door was unbearable, especially during Christmas festivities. the staff didn't respect the guests' privacy with a door that had a chain lock as a separation between the rooms.

The manager at Best Western Alpine Hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay. When one of our rooms had a noisy neighbor, they immediately moved us to a quieter room. The shower had great water pressure and the location was convenient, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we loved the added bonus of a quiet heat pump. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
