Stayed in a room with a decent view of the city. The hotel provided complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi, which was convenient. The hotel has a advantage location in the heart of the city, near public transport and other amenities. The shower had good pressure and temperature.

The bed in the room was tiny and uncomfortable. The room was not soundproof and noise from outside and adjacent rooms could be heard.

The hotel had exceptional service, with staff members going above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs. The amenities were luxurious and exclusive, with an excellent spa and wellness center. The restaurant was top notch with special diet menus and in-room breakfast upon request. The private facilities were also a highlight, with a stunning sun terrace to relax on.

There was only one minor issue during my stay, which was that the sauna was closed for renovations. However, the hotel was quick to offer alternative options for relaxation.

My room at La Reserve Eden Au Lac was beautifully designed, with a great balance of aesthetics and functionality. The bathroom was especially impressive, with high-quality finishes and luxurious details. The terrace outside the room was spacious and well-furnished, offering a cozy place to relax. Despite the small size of the bedroom, the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were attentive and called me by name, adding a personalized touch to my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a short walk or tram ride away from various attractions. Although the food prices were high, the quality and service were excellent. I had a wonderful experience at La Reserve Eden Au Lac and would highly recommend it.
