Stayed in a room with a decent view of the city. the hotel provided complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi, which was convenient. the hotel has a advantage location in the heart of the city, near public transport and other amenities. the shower had good pressure and temperature.

The bed in the room was tiny and uncomfortable. the room was not soundproof and noise from outside and adjacent rooms could be heard.

The hotel had exceptional service, with staff members going above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs. the amenities were luxurious and exclusive, with an excellent spa and wellness center. the restaurant was top notch with special diet menus and in-room breakfast upon request.

Despite the small size of the bedroom, the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were attentive and called me by name, adding a personalized touch to my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a short walk or tram ride away from various attractions. Although the food prices were high, the quality and service were excellent. I had a wonderful experience at La Reserve Eden Au Lac and would highly recommend it.
