I had an amazing experience staying at Best Western in Rotorua. the staff, especially Kitty, treated me like family and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Kitty recommended the Mitai Maori dinner, which was excellent. the location of the hotel was perfect, directly across the street from attractions like the Skyline Gondola, luge, and the Mitai village. Being outside of the city center made it pleasantly quiet. the facilities were clean, and although I didn't swim, the pool looked lovely.

We loved our stay at Best Western. The private spa was a great bonus, even though we were caught off guard by the early cutoff time. The staff were friendly, and the beautiful location made up for any small inconveniences. we recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Best Western. The facilities for family fun were excellent, with mini golf, table tennis, and badminton available. The location was lovely, with a spring water running through the site. The staff were incredibly friendly and humorous, making us feel really welcome. The surprise highlight was the quality of the restaurant food, which exceeded our expectations. The room facilities were clean and sufficient for our family. We enjoyed playing mini golf and walking along the stream with the kids. Would definitely stay again.

The fridge in some rooms can be a bit noisy, requiring guests to turn it off at night.

We had a lovely New Year stay in this charming hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we were greeted with warm hospitality. the room was recently refurbished and in excellent condition, with comfortable beds and a functional kitchen. the hotel had great facilities for families, including a beautiful little stream, a lovely pool, mini-golf, and a playground. the location was ideal, close to various tourist attractions and a supermarket. We also appreciated the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the hotel.

the bathroom was starting to look a bit worn and outdated. there was no outdoor table and chairs for the front units, which would have been nice to have.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rotorua, NZ! The beds were comfy, the rain shower head in the bathroom was powerful, and the kitchenette was more than adequate to make breakfast in the morning. The hotel facilities were great and we enjoyed the on-site pool and spa. The location was perfect, as it was quite close to fringe attractions such as the Skyline, Paradise Valley, 3D Trick Museum, and other adventure stuff. We found it to be a great value for money.

What an amazing stay! There were so many things for the kids to enjoy including a mini-golf course and a pool. the suite was clean and tidy and the spa pool provided a relaxing end to the day. We also appreciated the complementary animals on the nearby farm, adding to our overall experience.
