I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were modern and comfortable. The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by, including the metro line M2 and the main "tourist" tram line T1. It was also within walking distance to Sultanahmet, where I visited many historical monuments. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in the Old City and had a great experience. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 20-minute walk to Hagia Sofia and other attractions. The tram was also conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. The staff at the front desk were cooperative and even went the extra mile by giving me an umbrella when it was raining. They also arranged a taxi for my departure. The rooms were nice and clean, and I appreciated the small touches like sticky notes reminding me to ask for amenities. The breakfast, although limited in options, was decent.

I stayed at Holiday Inn for 7 days with my daughter and we had a comfortable room with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, especially Mr. Fatih, Mr. Turan, Mr. Mustafa, Mr. Erdal, Burak, Ismail, and Mrs. Kübra. The hotel's location was wonderful, close to all the main attractions. The breakfast was tasty and the rooms were spotlessly clean, thanks to Mrs. Elena. The hotel also offered early check-in and arranged PCR tests and airport transportation. I would definitely stay here again.

Great service and friendly staff! They were always helpful, even during odd hours. The hotel offers a convenient free printing service, which came in handy. I also appreciated the luggage room equipped with a weight machine to help measure my luggage. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, providing easy access to all the tourist spots and the train station.

The only downside was the slow WiFi connection during the night and occasional lack of connection due to the high number of people using it. This was a bit frustrating at times, especially when I needed to use the internet.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Old City for a week and I had a wonderful experience. The interior of the hotel was classy and the staff were warm and friendly. They gave me a sense of security in a tourist trap like Istanbul, where merchants try to defraud tourists. The location was great, with famous landmarks nearby such as Suleyman the Magnificent's mosque and the Roman aqueduct. The hotel had a subtle Ottoman feel which added to its charm. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with regular changes of towels and sheets. The breakfast was good, with excellent coffee and helpful staff. The hotel was also conveniently close to public transportation stations.
