the location was great for what I needed. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Loved the lazyboy chairs in the room. the spa bath was a nice bonus. Getting advice on dinner spots was helpful—I ended up going back the next night. There was a slight surprise visit from a second cleaner, but nothing major. a comfy and pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet easily accessible via highway 1. You can easily find big supermarkets and takeaway outlets nearby, providing convenience during your stay. The rooms are very comfortable, with lovely comfy beds and modern decor. The bathrooms are spotless and there is even a spa bath for your relaxation. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and stress-free experience. this hotel offers great amenities and is in a convenient location.

One downside is that there is no separate bedroom in the suite, which may not meet everyone's expectations.

Had a terrible time during New Year’s at a motel. We were just grateful for the free coffee and tea. Plus, the location was excellent as we were right in the middle of everything. On top of that, we appreciated having parking right next to the room.

The room was small and the bed was very hard to sleep in. the internet was slow and unusable and the bathroom was tiny.

Owners greeted us with a smile, spacious car park, neat and tidy reception area, upgraded to a larger room, fantastic room layout, clean and crisp sheets.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Convenient location near hospital, allowing for easy parking and short walk. Great kitchen facilities for self-cooking. Quiet rooms with triple glazing and thick doors. Accommodating staff who extended stay at short notice. Lovely room layout with comfortable furniture and clean amenities.

This hotel provides luxury beyond compare! From the moment We arrived, We were treated like royalty. the unparalleled service left us feeling relaxed and pampered. Our room was exquisite, with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the in-room breakfast was delicious and delivered on-time to our private facilities. the location advantages were an added bonus, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

The only minor issue was that the fire exit was limited and difficult to access. this did not detract from the overall experience.
