Our stay at Boulevard Waters was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the lake from our seating area outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we're in town. Thanks again to the team at Boulevard Waters.

The menu for breakfast could use some improvement.

We were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at this lakeside motor lodge. The location, right on the lake, provided breathtaking views that made every morning a delight. The rooms, opening directly out onto the lake, created a truly relaxing experience. The managers were welcoming and always ready to help. The facilities were clean and had everything we needed. we highly recommend this hotel for a serene and rejuvenating stay.

We got great value for our money at Boulevard Waters Motor Lodge. The room was amazing with a stunning view and a relaxing hot tub. The location was perfect, just a short drive to town and other activities. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us.

The breakfast option could be improved by including coffee pods in the room or clarifying at check-in where to get them.

We loved staying at this lakeside hotel. The location was perfect, right on the water front of the beautiful Lake Taupo. We had amazing views of the lake and the surrounding mountains from our room. The hotel is also conveniently close to everything, including a cafe where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The room was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a spa bath and a coffee maker. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay.

The bathroom in our room could have been better. There was nowhere to put our clothes when taking a shower, which was a bit inconvenient.

The complimentary goodie bags and drinks were a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring the town and surrounding areas. The view from our room was stunning, with easy access to a nearby cafe. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was relaxing and great for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

The noise levels from other guests were extremely high throughout our stay. We were kept up at night by loud conversations and banging doors.

We loved staying here! The location was amazing, right on the shores of the lake, with a beautiful terrace and garden to enjoy the view. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, from heating and air conditioning to kitchen supplies like an electric kettle and cookware. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location right on the lakefront provided breathtaking views of the lake. The hotel facilities were great, especially the in-room spa with views of the lake. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a small extra room for the kids. The staff, led by Julie, were friendly, professional. We also loved the convenient location, just minutes from the town center.
