I recently stayed at a charming hotel with an excellent location for exploring the city. The room was clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The highlight was the delicious breakfast served by friendly staff. The manager went above and beyond to assist us with our canceled flight, suggesting alternative activities like a bird sanctuary walk and a scenic lake cruise. The hotel's elevated position allowed us to enjoy stunning views while being away from the downtown noise. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and warm hospitality.

The room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the window. The breakfast offered a good selection of food to choose from, and we liked the fact that we could walk to different places in the area easily and quickly.

Our Easter experience at the hotel was not the best. The first thing that was a problem was the lack of Easter decorations or celebration.

We absolutely loved this place! The location couldn't have been more perfect - just off the town center and down to the harbor. We were able to easily explore the city and even start our Ben Lomond hike thanks to the close proximity to the gondola. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry all available. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, from an ironing board to a cozy sitting area. Plus, the free wi-fi was a nice touch!

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.
