I loved the quiet location of this place, nestled on the side of the lake in a peaceful residential area. It was perfect for evening walks along the waterfront, enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The service at this hotel was exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff who always had a smile on their faces. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided and the well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils and a dining table.

I had an exceptional stay at a quiet, tranquil waterfront motel that was fantastic for families. The motel had stunning views of the lake and I instantly felt like I was on holiday when I arrived. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the outdoor pool and the swings and small playgrounds for the kids. The host was very nice and even offered a custom shuttle service to the airport. I highly recommend this motel for families looking for a nice stay at a decent price.

The motel is ideally situated, right on the shores of Lake Rotorua opposite the town center. The location offers breathtaking views of the lake, creating a picturesque setting for a relaxing getaway. Additionally, the units are clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The heated pool and private spa are great amenities to enjoy during your stay.

The lack of restaurant or room service may be inconvenient for those looking for dining options within the motel premises.

Had a fantastic Xmas experience with my family here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We received two complementary gifts which made our stay even more special. The location was perfect, close to the lake and surrounded by stunning scenery. We loved the pool and spa, which were well-maintained and a great place to relax.

The pillows in our room were not the most comfortable and the lighting was quite dim. , the cleaning of the room was not up to our standards and could have been improved.

We stayed at Cedarwood Lakeside Motel for a week and had a wonderful time. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The parking right outside our room was convenient, and the amenities were excellent. The location was peaceful, with a great view of the lake from our room. The facilities in the room were top-notch, and the laundry service was a bonus. a fantastic experience.
