the check-in process was smooth and the room exceeded my expectations. It had a huge balcony, great wifi speed, and easy access. I was impressed with the water pressure and hot and cold water ratio in the shower. the room also had plenty of electrical outlets by the bed, as well as USB ports for charging, which was very convenient. the location of the hotel is in a peaceful area, away from the touristy spots. the staff was exceptional, always greeting me and going the extra mile to help me hail a cab to the airport during a strike. I would like to send my thanks to one particular lady who assisted me.

The room was comfortable and clean, and I even received a welcome bottle of water. The hotel had good air-conditioning and double window isolation, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

the staff were really friendly and attentive. They made sure all my needs were met during my stay. Secondly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities you could need, including a well-stocked mini bar and a safe. Lastly, the location was perfect for me. It was situated in a vibrant area where the locals live, with a mall within walking distance and easy access to the subway station and Barcelona Sants station.

The sound-isolation between rooms wasn't the best, as we could hear noise from other guests.
