Despite minor room issues and road access challenges, the warm hospitality of hosts Isha & Shashank, comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast made my stay memorable. the lake view and cozy atmosphere added to the charm. Truly recommend this gem.

The database had a user-friendly interface and a wide range of search options, making it easy to find the information I needed. the room was lovely, with really comfortable beds and a nice balcony overlooking the city. the facilities were top-notch, from the luxurious bathroom to the complimentary snacks and drinks.

That the WiFi signal in the room was a bit weak at times, making it difficult to work on my laptop.

Located close to the road and within walking distance to the city center, this guest house is in a convenient location. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with very comfy beds and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is delicious and filling, with made-to-order options. Guests can enjoy lovely views from the decks outside the rooms.

The showers have low water pressure.

The hosts, Michael and Astrid, were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even went above and beyond by preparing an early home-cooked breakfast for me when I had to leave early for a trip. The breakfast itself was delicious and beautifully presented, surpassing my expectations for a B&B. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location of the Chalet was convenient, as it was just a short walk to the town centre. I highly recommend Chalet Queenstown for its outstanding service, delicious breakfast, and cozy atmosphere.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was perfect, as it was really close to the town centre and near everything we wanted to be. We loved being just out of the centre, as it provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The service here was top-notch, with the staff being helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. They assisted us with our room change request and helped us with every request we had. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities provided. The balcony and sitting area in our room were a nice touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the level of comfort and quality services offered here made our stay truly luxurious.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
