Had a fantastic time, the room was big and cozy! the staff were top-notch, especially the gal with the awesome buns who checked us in and made killer cocktails too 🍹! the place oozed history & charm. Enjoyed the central location & amazing views! Just a tiny hitch with dusty cups in the room, but nothing major, still had a great stay! .

I had a pleasant stay at the central Tauranga hotel. The friendly staff made my huge, comfy room feel welcoming. The historic charm and spectacular views added to the experience. Although lacking breakfast options and elevator, ample parking and convenient location made up for it. Noise from the restaurant below was a downside.

Being centrally located allowed easy access to all family activities, and the historical features added charm.

the staff were extremely friendly and the service was top-notch. Our room was modern, well-designed, and impeccably clean. the bed was super comfy, and we even had a great dinner at the hotel's bistro. the location is excellent, within walking distance to great cafes and restaurants.

The noise level outside during the night, but it was expected considering the central location of the hotel. However, it didn't bother me too much, and I slept through most of it.
