we had an amazing stay at Clear Ridge, lovely two-bedroom apartment with great views, well-equipped kitchen, and a fantastic spa bath. the staff were accommodating and the owner provided wonderful hospitality and service. highly recommend this place for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Designed for all kinds of travelers. Open plan living with a big TV. Close to village and pools. Heated pool was a hit! Loved the free WiFi and free parking, very convenient. Enjoyed my stay!

Spacious, clean and very comfortable well-appointed apartment. Fantastic spa bath with a lovely outlook. Rosie, the owner, provided exceptional hospitality, making our stay unforgettable. Like finding a hidden gem in a treasure hunt, this accommodation was a delightful surprise.

The central location of the apartment makes it convenient to access everything you need in Hanmer. It is situated near the town centre and is close to the pools and shops. The apartments offer spacious accommodation with amenities such as a separate desk/couch alcove, good WiFi, and a small outside pool. The staff is friendly and accommodating, as mentioned by a guest who had to bring their children on short notice and were only charged for three children.

The appliances in the apartment were old and the oven didn't work, and it was mentioned that the apartment was slightly overpriced compared to similar luxury apartments.

During my recent business trip to Hanmer Springs, my director chose Clear Ridge Apartments for our accommodation, and I must say it was a fantastic choice. the apartment we stayed in was lovely appointed and stylish, offering spacious rooms with great beds and furnishings, a deep whirlpool bath, modern bathroom and kitchen, balcony, and a comfortable living area with a great TV. the location was very central, with parking right in front and a lift to access the upper levels.

Despite this slight hiccup, the customer service was overall good, and it did not detract from the great experience we had at the apartments.

Sleeping was tough! I felt like I was camping with all that light. But the spacious room was great for my four-person family, and the pool was a hit. Not too shabby being close to both the hot pools and town. Decor was blah, but there was a hidden gem: a nifty washing machine in the kitchen. Who would have thought? nice stay despite the wonky curtains. Had a good laugh over the tacked-up "For Sale" sign. Cheers from down under!

We loved waking up to the breathtaking snowy mountain views from our spacious apartment. The location was perfect, with easy access to pools, restaurants, and shops. The apartment had great facilities and was well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and convenient.

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to the hot pools and the town. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully furnished. We were impressed with the high standard of cleanliness. The small pool was a great bonus, especially for our kids who had a blast swimming before dinner. Despite the heat in the bedrooms at night, we managed to keep cool by leaving the air conditioning on in the lounge and keeping the bedroom doors open. we had a fabulous stay at Clear Ridge Apartments and would highly recommend it.

Wow, what a great spot we picked for New Year's getaway! the complimentary breakfast and parking were a nice touch, and we couldn't have asked for a better location - only a short stroll to the main attractions. Plus, the views from our balcony were stunning and really made the trip.

While the hotel had some great benefits, there were a couple of downsides. the pool was a bit on the small side, and there weren't that many lounge chairs available, so we had to fight for a spot.

The hosts were accommodating and waited up late, good quality linen and crockery, clean and spacious apartment, great facilities including pool and spa, central yet quiet location.

This hotel is a true definition of luxury! From the moment I stepped in, I was amazed by the exclusive amenities and top-notch service. the room was spacious, equipped with a fully functional kitchen, and had an amazing view of the mountains. the lotions and soaps provided were of high quality, and the balcony was perfect for a morning coffee. I particularly loved the facilities that catered to relaxation, such as the jacuzzi, massage, and full body treatment rooms.

it wasn't a deal-breaker for me, as everything else in the hotel made up for it.
