Excellent location, close to restaurants, cafes, and thermal baths. Extensively stocked communal kitchen available at all times. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Across the road from thermal pools, with thoughtful hosts who provided towels. Beautiful decor with an alpine feel. A warm and comfortable stay.

The location was perfect, being really close to everything in the township which suited us perfectly. We loved that it was so central and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower was quite slow and could have been better.

We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of town and directly opposite the Thermal pools. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who made us feel welcome and showed us to our room. The rooms were warm, cosy, and had all the amenities we needed, including an ensuite bathroom. The shared facilities were excellent, with a massive lounge, open fire, dining area, and kitchen. We also appreciated the free wi-fi in the rooms and the availability of books and games in the lounge area. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Upgraded to king bed at no charge. Perfect location for pools and shops. Great views. Hot pool towels provided. Compact room with tea/coffee facilities, comfy bed, TV, WiFi, and hot shower. Bonus guest kitchen and lounge with seating, log-fire, and big-screen TV. Staff friendly and helpful. Top location in stunning setting. Great price. Will stay again.

Great location just across from the hot pools and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Free pool towels and a kitchen available for cooking meals were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was quite small and outdated. Noise from other guests in nearby rooms and carpark was a disruption to sleep.
