Our stay at Ryokan Shinsen was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even anticipating our needs before we could ask. The staff's ability to think ahead and provide us with valuable information, such as recommending a safe alternative to driving in inclement weather, truly impressed us. The hospitality we experienced was second to none.

The location of the hotel is truly convenient. There are two places worth mentioning that are just a short distance away. there's a market called Damagase located right next to the Ryokan. This allows guests to easily explore and experience local culture. Secondly, there's a beautiful landscape down the hill that can be admired from the comfort of the room. It's a breathtaking view that adds to the overall charm of the place.

It's important to note that there may be limited accessibility for guests with disabilities in certain areas of the hotel.

The hotel had a convenient location in close proximity to the local market and hiking trails. the room was spacious and had a lovely view of the gardens. I also appreciated the complimentary tea and snacks provided in the room.

The customer service was lacking during our Easter stay. the staff seemed disinterested and did not provide us with helpful information about the area or activities.

I had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. the room amenities were exclusive and top-notch, fulfilling all my needs. the garden area was beautifully designed and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the service was exceptional, with staff anticipating my needs and going above and beyond to accommodate me.

Although it had some advantages, such as being close to the local attractions, it was a bit far from the main town area.
