Charming and welcoming atmosphere, with helpful owners who go above and beyond. Enjoyed the complimentary homemade soup in the evenings and the cozy lounge with a fireplace. Not deluxe, but outstanding value. highly recommended.

We recently stayed at a hostel in Greymouth and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with a large supermarket and the river just behind the hotel. It was also close to the city center, which made exploring the area very convenient. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with beautifully clean linen and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. They offered a delicious breakfast and had a well-equipped kitchen for us to use. it was a wonderful stay.

We did encounter some noise issues during our stay, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
