The location was perfect as it was really close to the city center. We were also delighted to find out that it was very close to a large brewery that offers daily tours, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We particularly loved the comfortable layout of the room and the great bathroom. On-site parking was also a great bonus. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to accommodate our early check-in request and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The host/manager was very friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to assist with a car incident. a fantastic value for money option.

Stayed at this motel over New Year and had a great experience. the owners were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions for local restaurants and even helping us with a low battery in our car. the free Wi-Fi worked great and the location was perfect, close to the center of town. Additionally, the laundry facilities were convenient to use.

The only downside was that the room we stayed in was a bit small and dark compared to other rooms in the area. However, this was a minor issue considering all the positives of our stay.

All was perfect.

I stayed at Dunedin Palms Motel for 3 weeks while working on the mobile Breast-screening vans. The location is great with free parking, and the room was spotless. I especially appreciated the good selection of drinks, including the unique orange squash sachets. The ground floor accessible room was convenient, and the motel is close to many restaurants and museums. It's also away from the student area, which was a plus for me.

Great central location in the city, close to restaurants and shops. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a small deck overlooking the road. the staff at the front desk were welcoming and cheerful.

The bed was not as expected, we had reserved an extra large bed but ended up with a tired and uncomfortable queen bed. the shower pressure was also minimal, which was disappointing.
