The renovated rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, providing every comfort a traveler could ask for. The separate living room was a pleasant surprise. The prime waterfront location and friendly staff were great, and we especially enjoyed the karaoke night and nearby casino.

The internet access at the motel was quite problematic. It constantly dropped out and reconnecting was a hassle, which was especially frustrating as I needed it for work purposes.

As bike riders, we loved the convenience of having bike rental facilities right at the motel! It made exploring the area so much easier.

Great Complementary Gifts! We were given two complementary chocolates that were super yummy and a bottle of wine that was very nice. the location is fantastic, right by the lake with stunning views. It's also a short walk to town where there are plenty of restaurants and shops.

The Edgewater Motel in Te Anau was conveniently located within walking distance of town and the jetty point for the glow worm tour. The newly refurbished rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful advice and making us feel welcome. The view from our room was amazing and the attention to detail, such as leaving the heater and lights on, was much appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay at this motel! the location was right near the city center and it was fantastic. the rooms were recently renovated with beautiful modern facilities. the shower was huge and the beds were comfy with electric blankets. the owner was friendly and the staff were helpful. the motel had laundry facilities and ample parking. a great experience!

Everything I needed was provided, and despite the outdated decor, everything worked perfectly. The location was ideal, with easy access to shops and a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, being across from the beautiful lake added an extra touch of tranquility to my stay. I would recommend this motel for its good value and convenient amenities.
