I had a delightful stay at a charming historic house with beautiful views. The rooms were unique and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the view from the sunny dining room/lounge. The host was welcoming and gave a tour of the house with interesting stories about its history. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the town center and close to the blue penguin colony. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and unique experience.

This hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms that have stunning views overlooking the town. The attention to detail and character of the hotel is impressive, with beautiful pressed metal high ceilings and wood panelling throughout. The location on a hill just above the town centre allows for easy access to all the attractions and the breakfast served in the sun lounge with its lovely view is a delightful start to the day.

The only minor issue was a bit of traffic noise in the evening.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming B&B with a great location. The view of the bay from my room was absolutely breathtaking! The owner clearly takes pride in the renovations, with en suite bathrooms and lots of character. I loved the billiards table in the sitting room and the convenient location near many attractions. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the shared dining room had a lovely view of the harbor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful sunroom overlooking the ocean and the town. We had a delicious breakfast in this sunroom, with a range of cereals, toast, spreads, fruit, and yogurt available. The staff provided great service, with the host being knowledgeable and helpful without being intrusive. The location of this hotel is perfect, with easy access to the backdoor through the kitchen and the owners' living area. The views from the hotel are incredible, providing a breathtaking experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the renovations of the rooms.

Spending my Christmas holiday in this vintage villa was a unique experience, the view from our room was fantastic, we could see the sea and city's heritage buildings. the room was comfortable and cozy, and the breakfast served in the beautiful and light-filled conservatory was delightful. the selection of breakfast options was varied and satisfying, and the billiard table in the lounge was a great additional unexpected feature!

Although the bathroom ensuite was functional, it was a bit tight and may not be suitable for a large family. the hotel's decor is not standard, so if you're looking for a high-end and polished ambiance, this place may not be your cup of tea.

The location of this guest house is fantastic, as it is really close to the town centre and the Victorian historic area of the city. Guests can easily explore all the hot spots within walking distance. Additionally, the views from the rooms and the breakfast room are absolutely amazing, providing a memorable experience. The owner, Rodger, is a great host who goes above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. Guests have access to a comfortable bed, and the dining room allows for socializing with other guests.

The house itself is quite old, and while some may find it charming, it may not be suitable for those who are more sensitive to old structures.
