The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially when we accidentally left our access card in the room. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to town and Massey University. The pool was great entertainment for the kids, and the breakfast buffet, prepared by the lovely restaurant staff, was delicious and well-presented. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the options available to us.

We felt looked after and had no complaints during our stay.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is fairly close to everything and within walking distance to the centre of town. it is very close to a park, providing a nice touch of nature. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent bedding and a spa bath in some rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms is commendable.

The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and restocking amenities could be improved.

Our city break was fantastic and we had a great stay. the hotel had two complementary facts which made our stay even better. One thing we loved about the hotel was its prime location, just a stone's throw away from the city center and all its great restaurants and cafes. Another advantage was the comfortable and clean bedding which ensured a good night's sleep. the rooms were spacious and plenty of room for everything.

Although we had a fantastic stay, there were a few things we didn't like. the biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing as we could hear the traffic noise from outside and cars leaving a nearby establishment.

We loved our stay at this place! The location was top-notch, close to the plaza and the nearby park was perfect for a morning walk. The room was tastefully furnished with plenty of room amenities such as the kitchen, electric kettle, and mini-bar, not to mention the comfy bed that had us sleeping like babies. The service was exceptional, with housekeeping ensuring our room was always spotless and the staff were always happy to help with our grocery shopping.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
