The room was cozy. My bed was snug. I enjoyed a cuppa' at the Rustic Café. Met some llamas on a trek. Used the small kitchen without issues. Oh! I got free laundry done. Easy check-in, 3 mins to pools. Value for moolah, manager is lovely. Might vid-call some sheep next time! .

We had a fantastic stay at this motel with our friends. The staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive to our needs. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the town center and the famous springs. The unit we stayed in was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook a delicious meal. The parking right outside the room was very convenient. it was great value for money.

Stayed at a lovely motel in Hanmer Springs. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for activities like the bush walk with artworks. the motel was peaceful and self-contained, with comfortable beds, good heating, and ample parking. the owner also went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing towels for the hot pools and assisting with internet connectivity. the studio was clean and comfortable, with good WiFi reception and plenty of condiments for a family of 4. a great experience and would love to stay again. They also didn't charge extra for credit card payment, unlike other places in the area.

Unfortunately the shower had no pressure and the drainage was poor. the curtains were thin, letting in too much light and the furniture felt outdated, which detracted from the overall experience.

We received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival despite the rainy weather. The chalet was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The hostess provided us with helpful local information. Although there were a few drawbacks, overall we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this place.
