The room I was given was clean and comfortable, and I think it may have been an upgrade from what I booked. The staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early, which was a nice gesture. They also spoke English and were very customer-oriented. The hotel itself is new, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. In addition, the manager arranged train tickets for my entire journey in Uzbekistan, making my trip hassle-free. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, and there is a convenient supermarket nearby for quick snacks and souvenirs.

We didn't get the rooms we had booked. Instead of two twin rooms, we received one triple and one double room.
