grand suites in lake tekapo was even better than our last visit! the modern and clean two-bedroom apartment had amazing views of the lake, and the spa tub was perfect after long hikes. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal. can't wait to stay here again!

Nespresso machine was missing.

The location was great, just a short walk to all the attractions. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. The view from the window was breathtaking, and we could see the lake from the room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

There was no washing machine in the room, and the shared one had restricted hours of use, which was inconvenient. The absence of a dishwasher in the apartment was a letdown, considering the high standard of the room.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Andrea at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved the convenient location, with restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. our experience at Grand Suites was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

While our stay at Grand Suites was incredible, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. we were disappointed that the weather wasn't clear enough to fully enjoy the amazing night sky from our room.
