This hotel has a very convenient location, just a short 5-10 minutes walk down the hill to the main city centre. The views from the rooms are reasonal, with some offering fantastic views of the surrounding area. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with bedding for 4 and a lounge kitchenette with its own TV. The breakfast served here is included in the price and provides a good start to the day.

That the beds felt a bit worn out, but overall everything was ok.

Stayed at Heartland Hotel and had the most wonderful experience! the staff was amazing, providing the best service with smiling faces. the girl at the reception was particularly helpful, giving us great advice on restaurants and places to visit. the location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to the town centre. Our room was spacious and clean, with a small balcony offering a partial view of the Queenstown skyline. It was especially breathtaking at night with the lights!

This hotel is located perfectly, very close to the town centre, restaurants, and lake which makes it very easy to explore. The rooms were clean and warm with amenities like a well-functioning heater, iron board, and family unit with a kitchenette. The service was great, staff were very friendly and they maintained the rooms daily. Breakfast was also enjoyable with many options to choose from.

There were some issues with the security of the doors of some rooms which is something the hotel needs to improve on.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. As foreign tourists, we felt like treated like royalty. The buffet breakfast was awesome, with a wide range of delicious continental and cooked foods. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center and the waterfront. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed.
