I loved this hotel! It was situated in a great location with two key metro stations nearby which made it really easy for me to get around. The room was always clean and comfortable, and the facilities were fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to assist me with anything I needed. I particularly enjoyed the room service and restaurant which offered delicious food. It was a great experience overall and I would love to stay here again.

Staying at this hotel means you're in luck when you're looking for restaurants. At 7pm, the area is bustling as people go out for dinner in the myriad of good eateries around. Accessing those restaurants is easy since the place is close to the metro and specifically to Bogatell metro station. The room is clean, and the bathroom is modern and well-equipped. Best still, the service is friendly and swift, and the food served for breakfast is irresistible. The facilities are just as engaging and of high quality. The hotel view is picturesque and worth every moment.

Although everything else was fantastic, note that the airconditioning system can be challenging to adjust comfortably.

Had a fantastic weekend away with all of the best parts of a luxurious hotel experience! the perfect location just a short walk from the subway station made it easy to get around the city. Staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a warm smile. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and bathroom products, and the cozy beds were heavenly. the complimentary breakfast buffet was mind-blowingly good and there was something for everyone.

We couldn't use the spa facilities as they were already over-crowded with tourists. It would have been better if the spa was opened for longer hours so guests could enjoy without any interruption.
