Amazing view from the room, overlooking the harbor and ferries. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with both shower and bath. Very attentive and friendly lobby and housekeeping staff. Convenient valet parking available for easy departure. Concierge and porter were exceptionally helpful and made the stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for our Anniversary. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with tidy and well-maintained rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a lovely restaurant and bar with live entertainment on Saturday night. The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views over the harbor. It was also conveniently located for access to restaurants, shopping, ferries, and tours. Additionally, the breakfast spread was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, professional, and always made sure our coffee and tea cups were refilled. Special mention to James, our waiter at breakfast, who provided excellent service.

Our hotel was located near the bustling harbor, within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and attractions. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the water and the cruise pier. We also enjoyed the convenience of being adjacent to the ferry stops, allowing us to easily explore the area. The Fish Restaurant inside the hotel also impressed us with its tasty seafood.

The breakfast service was poor with poorly displayed food, and the staff was not particularly engaged. Despite this, the clean and efficient room, particularly the bathroom, made our stay comfortable.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars. The harbor view from the room was breathtaking, just like waking up to the sun rising over the harbor. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The waterfront views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop for breakfast and relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even offered to help with our bags. The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. We also loved the comfortable bed and the temperature controls in the room to ensure a cozy stay.

One downside was that we were not informed about the additional charge for barista coffees at breakfast, which would have been helpful to know beforehand. Additionally, the rooms felt a bit outdated, especially considering the higher price we paid.

The view of the harbor from this hotel is absolutely stunning. Being right on the water gives it a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, with the CBD and all its attractions just a short walk away. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are top-notch, providing excellent customer service and making you feel welcome.

The bed was comfortable, and the room had good temperature controls. Close to downtown restaurants, and the bar had complementary Friday night opera and canapés.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel facilities, including the gym and restaurant, were excellent, and the food was delicious with a wide selection of drinks. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the center and offering stunning views of the ocean and events like the Auckland fireworks and America's Cup boats. Breakfast was also a highlight with plenty of fruit options.

The hotel had a central location with great views of ferries and cruise ships. It was close to the viaduct and Wynyard Quarter with plenty of restaurant and drinking options. The buffet breakfast provided a variety of options, including fresh fruit, eggs made to order, and a good selection of beverages. The staff were attentive and accommodating.

Amazing value for money with a stunning harbour view room on the 4th floor. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the morning sun and mesmerizing harbour lights at night. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the parking valet and receptionists, making us feel right at home. The location was excellent, with plenty of bars and restaurants along the wharf to explore.

The staff at the Fish restaurant assured us that the package deal would be honored and encouraged us to enjoy breakfast while they sorted it out. Although the issue was eventually resolved, there seemed to be a lack of synchronization in the records, causing the initial confusion.

I had an amazing stay at the Hilton in Auckland! The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the harbour from my room. The room itself was cool, clean, and spacious. The breakfast options were delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were incredibly helpful, attending to all of my requests and even storing my luggage before I boarded my cruise ship. I could easily walk to the ship from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Auckland!
