I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were newly renovated and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, the shower was excellent, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep. Plus, the hotel had stunning views of the surrounding area, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park. The location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside and the Frankton shopping area nearby. The room was small but cozy, and it was impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, and the quality pillows ensured a good night's sleep. The TV was easy to use, and I even managed to stream my Netflix on the FAB interactive TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout my stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The location of the hotel is convenient with a shopping centre nearby that has everything you might need for tramping. It is also super close to the airport without having "airport noise ". The rooms are clean and modern with great fixtures and fittings. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have a rain shower. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a variety of options.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the airport and easily accessible to the central area. The room was modern and comfortable, with a bed that provided a good night's sleep. It was great that the pillows were labelled according to your preference. The café had a friendly atmosphere and offered good food. We appreciated the free ski storage and the hotel's help in arranging our last-minute transport to the airport.

Parking was a problem, as some spaces were taken, even though we had paid for them. We had to speak to reception multiple times to resolve the issue.

We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for couples. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the delicious coffee made by Bella. The staff, including Guido, Bella, Amelio, and the manager, were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, just a quick drive into town with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Being close to the airport was also a big plus.
