Great location, easy to reach, with plenty of activities nearby. Slow check-in but friendly staff. Nice restaurant area, no need to dress up. Rooms are comfortable, with a private beachfront Bure and outdoor bathroom. Activities include shark and manta ray snorkeling.

The spacious accommodation with beachfront access for snorkeling on the protected reef was mind-blowing. The shark dive, even for uncertified beginners, was a jaw-dropping once in a lifetime experience. The lantern lit beach dinner was a spectacular and gorgeous evening. The staff were super friendly, making us feel welcome and special. The food was incredible, with a buffet offering plenty of delicious options and live music during meal times. The beach bures were beautiful, and the resort offered a perfect balance of activities and relaxation with hikes, kayaking, and snorkeling. The staff, especially Nathan and Michael, added so much culture, knowledge, and calmness to our trip. The property's location in the middle of the ocean was amazing, with top-class water sports and great snorkeling. The cozy and secluded atmosphere, along with the meal plan, which exceeded our expectations, made the stay even more enjoyable. The dive trip to see the reef and sharks was good value for money. The grounds of the property were lovely, and the staff were friendly.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. the atmosphere was lovely and there were plenty of free hammocks to relax in. the buffet-style meals allowed us to eat whenever we wanted and there was always plenty of delicious food. Staying in the dorm-style tent was comfortable and the cleanliness was impressive. We recommend the summit hike in the morning and enjoying the cool beach at the back of the island. It's perfect for solo or couple travelers.

Shark diving with Coach Jack was a mind-blowing experience for my 50th birthday gift. The modern facilities, hot showers, and power were super convenient. The friendly staff, beautiful views, and clean beach made our stay jaw-dropping. The diving center was great and the food was delicious. Truly a great place to stay.

The activities were so diverse, I felt like a master coconut bowler and a traditional dancer. The beachfront tented accommodation was perfect for my glamorous camping experience.

Oh, how I missed the transfers! It was such a pleasure to wait for them while relaxing on the beautiful beach.

The snorkeling and shark dive are exceptional, with an abundance of marine life to explore. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The spacious accommodations allow you to step right onto the pristine beach, perfect for snorkeling on the protected reef.

The food selection, although basic, could be improved.

We stayed for 4 days in the waterfront bure and it exceeded our expectations! The room was intricately detailed with wood accents, stones, and lighting. We loved the canopy bed and outdoor shower with hot water and shampoo/conditioner provided. The staff was so friendly and willing to assist whenever needed. We were overly impressed with the food provided at meal-time - breakfast had fresh bread, an omelette station, fruit, and a few sweet and savory options; lunch and dinner had 8 or so options , plus a dessert. They provide a multitude of activities including village visits, reef shark snorkeling, coconut demonstrations, kayaking, hiking trails, caves. Highly recommend!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even entertaining my baby while I ate. The hotel room I stayed in, a Beachfront Safari Bure, had an amazing view of the ocean and a cool outdoor shower. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for traveling with a baby. The off-beach snorkeling at this hotel was the best I've ever done. I didn't need to go on a boat to see amazing marine life, and the paid snorkel trips with reef sharks were a highlight. The food at the hotel was great, especially for vegetarians like me. They had a good variety and even had delicious banana bread for breakfast.

Our stay at Barefoot Kuata Island Resort was amazing. The beachfront location was stunning and the food options were plentiful and tasty. The Fijian night, with its hangi-style cooking and cava drinking, was a standout. The staff were exceptional, providing VIP treatment and making us feel well taken care of. We also loved the beautiful coral and the opportunity to go on a bull shark dive. It's great to know that a percentage of the profits go to supporting the local islanders.

We highly recommend the beach front bures for their incredible views. the snorkeling right in front of the resort was exceptional, with one of the best reefs in the Yasawa Islands. the highlight of our stay was the scuba diving with bull sharks, a truly mind-blowing experience. the staff ensured the safety and respect for the sharks and their natural environment. It was definitely worth the extra expense for the prepaid meals.
