We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the perfect location in the heart of the old quarter. The staff was amazing, making us feel welcome and providing great recommendations for local food and arranging transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and a cozy bed. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, especially the pancakes that we couldn't resist ordering seconds of. Highly recommended!

The service girls at the restaurant were young, friendly, and always willing to assist. The breakfast options are outstanding, with plenty of variety and fresh ingredients. the hotel offers facilities such as a roof terrace and a helpful front desk.

The elevator had an unpleasant smell and was occasionally filled with trash bags, which was a downside to an otherwise great stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special, with exceptional service from Wind, David, and Helen. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of options and everything was absolutely delicious. The hotel's location was also perfect, with everything within walking distance or a short Uber/Grab ride, and it was close to the beautiful lake Hoan Kiem.

Perfect Location and Exceptional Staff

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the city! the central location made everything accessible by walk. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map and gave us all the details for nearby festivals and taxi charges. the breakfast menu had a great variety of food, and the eggs were prepared to our liking. They also helped us by providing print-outs free of charge and even organized a lunchbox for us when we had an early morning departure. the cherry on top of the cake was the complimentary ice-cream for our daughter which made her day!
