The value for money at this place is unbeatable. We got a cozy and comfortable cabin with a great bed and lovely en-suite. The location is breathtaking, right on the shore of the stunning Kenepuru Sound. The staff, Lynley, Mike, and Tui, were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was more variety in bread options.

My friends and I had a fantastic weekend getaway at this hidden gem. The accommodation was clean and cozy, with heaters to keep us warm. The hosts were foodies and prepared a magnificent dinner, and the breakfasts were delicious too. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and had the opportunity to hear a kiwi bird at night. The lodge offered a range of activities, including kayaking and biking. We felt relaxed and had so much fun - definitely a place to visit again!

The sandflies were a bit bothersome, but that's just a minor inconvenience.
