Walking distance to most attractions with tram right nearby. Our room was small but comfortable, and we appreciated the fresh fruit at the front desk. The staff were friendly and did their best to assist us. we had a pleasant stay at 115.

I had a great stay here! The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of everything. I loved that I was able to easily hop on and off the tour bus nearby. There were plenty of dining options within walking distance as well. The staff were amazing; they were so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

I highly recommend staying here. The service was top-notch, the amenities were plentiful, and the location cannot be beat.

The staff is extremely helpful, going above and beyond to provide maps and suggestions for getting around. Free tea and coffee are a nice touch, and the basement parking is a plus.

The friendly staff make you feel welcome while the well-appointed and clean room is sure to make your stay all the more comfortable. With breakfast included and facilities like underground parking, you can't go wrong.

Like many hotels in bustling city centers, noise can be an issue at times.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and festive. the location was great, near shops and restaurants. We were given complimentary cookies and hot cocoa every night which was a nice touch.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. There was barely any space to move around and the bathroom was tiny.

We stayed at 115 and loved everything about this hotel. The location was fantastic, with the Tram below, restaurants and shops nearby, and the Cathedral just around the corner. The rooms were lovely, with unique decor and balconies to sit out on. We were especially impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Ransi, who provided us with useful information. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the well-functioning heater during the cold weather. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing that I didn't like.

the soundproofing was impressive, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. the heating was excellent, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our stay. the decor was stylish and pleasing to the eye. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a nice coffee shop right next door. One of the highlights for us was the super convenient and fun tram, especially for the kids. It made exploring the city a breeze. our experience at the hotel was fantastic.
