Staff at this hotel was amazing - very friendly and extremely helpful. They were always pleased to assist us with our requests, making our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. the outdoor dining area was nicely furnished with beautiful furniture and fairy lights, creating a charming ambiance. the room service was up to the standard and we appreciated the great selection of dishes in the restaurant.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level in the vicinity of the hotel. Sometimes, there were disturbances from the nearby bars that could disrupt a peaceful evening.

Just stayed at a hotel in Christchurch. the breakfast was nice, but rooms facing the road were noisy. LOVED the spacious junior suite with top-notch facilities. the staff were a bit pushy. Would consider staying again. the photos looked better than reality. Cheers!

The rooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for our large family. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the central location made it easy for us to explore the city with our kids, creating unforgettable memories.

My wife says that more kid-friendly amenities like a designated play area would enhance the family experience.

The spacious suite had a cozy living area and a small kitchen , felt like a fancy apartment! Loved chilling at the hotel bar and the outdoor seating area , great places to unwind. Wish they had more info in the room on how to work the coffee machine, and the bill mix, up at check, out was a bit of a bother, but it didn't ruin the fantastic stay overall! 🌟.

we were stranded in NZ on our way to tahiti during the floods however this hotel was a blessing and a great stopover. the beds were so comfortable and the shower excellent after the long delay we had due to the cancellation of international flights. we were so comfortable that we stayed in our room for the entire time we were stranded. the room was clean and had decent blockout curtains. checkout was easy. it’s a little noisy at times with the bar downstairs, but we still managed to get quality sleep due to the comfort of the beds. lovely boutique hotel which offers personalized service. we got upgraded to a junior suite, which was an additional bonus. the bed was extremely comfortable giving a perfect night's sleep - the no1 priority in our book. the staff were very polite and helpful. the hotel offers onsite car parking and is well positioned, close to the center of the city and its many facilities. great place to stay.

The spacious rooms at Montreal were beautifully furnished with a large balcony. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. I also enjoyed the convenient location, allowing for easy walks to nearby restaurants and the city center. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was delicious. Despite a bit of road noise, my overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

Noise from traffic and road work was constant throughout the night, despite requesting a quiet room. Poor sound isolation even with double windows.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day of work. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The breakfast was delicious and filling, setting me up for a productive day ahead. Not to mention the amazing Polo Bar, where I enjoyed a delicious dinner. it was a pleasant experience.

the exclusive amenities provided were outstanding and exceeded my expectations. the room was tastefully furnished and the quality of bed linen was superb. the helpful staff made my stay memorable and made me feel welcomed. the bar/lounge area was beautiful and the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day out. the convenient location also provided advantages for sightseeing and exploring Christchurch.
