We were traveling for our wedding anniversary and were so lucky to be upgraded to a garden view suite when we arrived. The staff on arrival were very helpful and the room was excellent. The proximity to everything in town was great. Lombardi's restaurant and the bar area were great, once again great staff, and the meal was good. We stayed in the lake-view suite that had a very small balcony but with a stunning view of the Remarkables. The room itself was very spacious and clean with a fantastic bath tub and great comfy bed. The views from the balcony were amazing and it was also quiet. We enjoyed a couple of dinners in our room because the dining table was perfect for two and with those views, it was fantastic.

I recently stayed at Hotel St Moritz for a week-long vacation. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay truly memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was convenient, with beautiful lake views. The added touch of complimentary water bottles in our car was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the spa pool.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Great views. Spacious one-bed suite. Really good blackout blinds and very quiet, couldn’t hear doors slamming or any other guests. Comfortable bed. Nappy bin provided without asking because we had requested a cot. Coat hooks at the entrance kept everything tidy and out of the way. Good location. Older fellow at reception offered to iron my shirt and did a good job - excellent service and a great example of going the extra mile. Wonderful views from the restaurant. Sweet tray and card in acknowledgment of our wedding anniversary.

Incredible view of Lake Wakatipu from my spacious Alpine Suite. The front desk staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The location was convenient, just a short walk into town. I would recommend staying at Mgallery.

The property is stunning, much better than the photos. Conveniently located near the town center, just a 5-minute walk. The entrance is impressive, and check-in is smooth. The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious, especially the lake-facing ones with breathtaking views. The restaurant and bar are fantastic, offering a great dining experience with lovely lake views.

Stunning Lake Views and Exceptional Service

I had the most incredible stay at the hotel. The view from my room was breathtaking, with snow peaks and Lake Wakatipu stretching out before me. The spacious room provided a luxurious and comfortable experience, complete with thoughtful amenities like night gowns and slippers. The Molton Brown toiletries added a touch of indulgence to my stay.

The staff welcomed us warmly and were available 24/7. Our room on the main floor had a stunning lake view. Valet service was quick to get us our rental car. The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of the city center and the lake.

Despite our room being in a low level with a restricted view of the lake, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room made up for it.
