Private, secured holiday park with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Excellent value for money with amenities including separate family bathrooms, washing machines, and pin code access to facilities. Serene surroundings, beautiful waterfall walk, and lovely babbling brook. Perfect base for hiking in Arthurs Pass.

Stayed at a beautiful caravan park with stunning natural surroundings. The location was perfect for exploring the West Coast and Christchurch. The camp had a picturesque waterfall and glow worms right on site. The Kiwi cabin had a super comfy bed and the showers and toilets were spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat amidst nature.

My family and I had an amazing time at a beautiful campervan park nestled in the stunning scenery of Jacksons. The walk to the waterfalls was absolutely worth it, and the amenities were clean and well-maintained. We loved the customer service and wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this park for a memorable stay in the South Island of NZ.

The hotel location is breathtaking, surrounded by a lush green forest, and has a calming atmosphere. the garden area is immaculately maintained, equipped with high-quality BBQ facilities. the exclusive Spa and Sauna amenities are perfect for indulging in a luxurious experience. the private facilities in the rooms are perfect for privacy lovers.

The lighting in the public shower area is a bit low, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

The scenery around the hotel was beautiful and perfect for a thanksgiving getaway. the kitchen was spacious and allowed us to cook our own meals, which was a plus. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay comfortable and memorable.

The overall cleanliness was quite low, with dirty bathrooms and untidy communal spaces. the lack of basic amenities such as sugar and coffee was a disappointment, meaning we had to go without or make a special trip to the shop nearby.
