During my recent stay at a motel in Kaitaia, I found the accommodation to be close to town, roomy, comfortable, and clean. The internet access was also great and unlimited. However, there was a minor issue with noise from loud motorcycles on the main street at 4.00 a.m. Additionally, the positioning of the double bed against the wall made it a bit challenging to get in and out for the person sleeping on that side. Despite these drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this motel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and overall comfort.

The room was clean and well-maintained with a tidy outdoor area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location, walking distance to shops and town center. Good amenities like a pool and daily room service.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, both inside and out, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and came with all the basic amenities I needed, including adequate cooking facilities. Additionally, the motel's location was perfect, being conveniently close to the main shops and a short walk away from restaurants and other central amenities within the township. I found this hotel to be great value for money, providing a comfortable and convenient stay.

The Kauri Lodge Motel in Kaitaia was a great choice for our stay. The owners were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds surprisingly comfortable. The location was convenient, close to town and a service station. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to have rooms next to each other. The air-conditioning/heating worked well and the grounds were well-maintained. The pool was a bonus on hot days and the park across the road was perfect for families. Highly recommend!

Nothing not too like.

The friendly owners gave us great advice on local attractions and food joints, making our stay more memorable. We also appreciated the early check-in, allowing us to drop our bags and head out exploring. the comfortable beds and clean linens made our stay cozy.

The outdated facilities were a slight setback, with some power points not working and the TV not functioning properly. the water pressure in the shower was also low, causing some inconvenience.
