The database provided separate bedroom and bathroom, which was a nice touch for added privacy. the well-equipped kitchenette made it convenient to prepare meals during my stay. the bathroom had plenty of storage space to put away clothes and toiletries.

One minor drawback was that the overall decor of the room was a bit dated and worn. this did not affect the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodation.

I chose this hotel for a work consultation due to its convenient office hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily. the room was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were welcoming, making my stay pleasant and productive.

The only service I missed for work was a proper cooker hood in the kitchen appliances provided in the room.

Walking to the town for dining options was convenient, and being close to the Real Adventure Tour place for the Glow worm tour was a definite plus. the staff, particularly Diane, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit, even surprising my partner with a heartfelt birthday gesture.

the lodge itself was beautiful and modern, with a stunning view of the lake from the sitting out area. the bathroom was luxurious, complete with a relaxing spa bath. the accommodation had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and daily room servicing. The Fiordland area is truly breathtaking, a must-see! Loved the short stroll to cafes and the Moose Bar. the staff helped me book fantastic tours. the lodge was conveniently close to town. a memorable stay.

With a wonderful walking path right across the street and the lake just a short distance away, nature lovers will be in their element. The spacious and tastefully decorated rooms provide a comfortable retreat, with well-equipped kitchenettes and modern bathrooms. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even accommodating last-minute breakfast orders. Free wifi, large screen TVs, and laundry facilities add to the convenience.

Although the price may be slightly higher compared to other accommodations in the area, the exceptional quality and amenities make it worth the cost.

The room was wicked spacious, the spa bath was lit, and the views from the porch were on point! the staff, especially Diane, were rad and even made my bro's birthday pop with a sweet surprise! Everything, from the lavender scent to the reclining couches.

A more happening vibe in the evenings for us party animals would've been the icing on the cake!

We had the most relaxing stay at Lakefront Lodge! From the moment we checked in, we felt at home. The one bedroom suite was well-appointed and comfortable, with lovely little touches that made our stay special. The view from the outdoor area was beautiful, and we couldn't get enough of it. The kind check-in, convenient parking, and free wifi were all a bonus. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long drive between Milford Sound and Queenstown. we highly recommend Lakefront Lodge for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Te Anau.

Staying at this lovely hotel in Te Anau was an absolute delight! We spent 7 weeks traveling around and this hotel definitely ranks in the top two of all the places we stayed. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home, with sweet touches like scented lavender on the pillows and daily chocolates by the bed. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable and even had a bedroom, sitting room/kitchenette, and bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center. The owner/manager was friendly and accommodating, and the staff, especially Diane, were fantastic. They even made my partner's birthday extra special with a surprise birthday card and chocolates. The room had all the little touches that made our stay picture perfect, like a candlelit spa bath with bath salts, a dried lavender scent on the bed, and reclining couches. We loved the lovely views from the porch and the nice outdoor area where we got to meet other guests. everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The view from our room was amazing! We could see the beautiful lake from the front window. the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. the location was great, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants.

The property is not exactly lakefront, as it runs perpendicular to the lake. the rooms further back from the lake probably don't have much of a view.
